Exploring new horizons 🤍
When I started Gygalates, it was never about making a living from it. I’m a full-time primary school teacher, a job I’m deeply passionate about. Gygalates was born simply from my other great love: movement, and how it can help people live better, fuller lives.
Over time, Gygalates grew… and with that growth came accountants on the other side of the world, streaming platforms, marketing, legal requirements, endless documents, Stripe, PayPal, SSLs 😅
More time sitting on an office chair than actually moving. I got dangerously close to hating something I once loved.
At the end of last year, after many long conversations with Tom, I realised something important: the only reason I was keeping the business model alive was because I didn’t want to stop sharing the joy Gygalates brings to me and to so many of you. I didn’t want to walk away from it.
So I sat down one last time, drew a new plan, and found a way to bring both worlds together.
✨ Gygalates is now freely available on YouTube (Gygalates Mini coming soon).
✨ We’ll be focusing on running two exceptional retreats a year.
Less paperwork. More movement. More connection.
It feels like a true win-win and I’m genuinely happy 🤍
Thank you for being part of this journey 💫
