All money raised from the sale of wreaths will go to the residents fund so please order yours now collect from Broadmead or pop along to shawhouse Christmas fair where Lucy will be selling these along with the lanterns the residents have made with the DofE volunteers on Sunday 7th December
All wreaths will be natural as pictured with no plastic decorations making them fully compostable

Both Alexis and Isla visited Broadmead today to support with their Duke of Edinburgh award
They supported residents in creating lanterns from recycled jam jars. They encouraged individual creativity, assisting with decoration using festive napkins and PVA glue while ensuring residents’ ideas led the activity.
The lanterns will be sold at shaw house fete to raise money for activities.

Their positive energy, kindness, and collaborative approach fostered a warm, engaging atmosphere filled with conversation and laughter. The session concluded with a collection of unique, handmade lanterns and many smiling residents, reflecting a meaningful contribution to community connection and shared achievement.
