All eligible patients have now been invited for their annual flu vaccine.

Our clinics dates are as follows;

Saturday 4th October
Saturday 11th October
Saturday 18th October

Please be aware that the eligibility for the Covid 19 vaccine has changed this year - it is now only able to be offered to patients 75 and over or who are SEVERELY immunosuppressed. An example of this would be somebody who is on immunosuppressant drugs, is having active chemotherapy or is a transplant patient.

This eligibility is determined by the JCVI, who are an expert scientific advisory commitee that advise the Government on vaccination.

School age children from years Reception to Year 11 will be vaccinated at school. Children who are home schooled also fall under the school nurse remit - if this applies to your child, please contact the school nursing team directly.

Our clinics are filling up quickly, so either click on the self book link you were sent by text last week to choose your appointment or call our Care Co-ordinator team on 01635 248251.

We are having a clear out and a small refurbishment.

The Downland Practice are having a small refurbishment. There are a few items up for grabs if anyone would like them, including toners and printer drums.

They can be picked up for free or you can make a small donation and we will give any money made to the Foodbank that we already support via our donation bins in reception.

We are in the process of inviting young people in who have missed their HPV vaccine at school. Girls are eligible for this vaccine until their 25th birthday, and boys who were born between 1st Sep 2006 and 31st August 2009 are also eligible.
