Tired? Overstimulated? Mysteriously full of rage at strangers in Tesco?

You might need a treatment. Or a nap. Possibly both. We can help with one of those.

Come to our Hungerford High Street clinic. Lie on a couch. Do nothing for a bit while someone (me) quietly does things that may or may not involve therapeutic rocking, balance, or soft tissue. £66 for the 30min. No small talk required..... Just a medical history.

What do you get?
Hard to say. People report feeling calm, light, and suspiciously cheerful afterwards. Others just enjoy not being in charge of anything for 30 whole minutes.

When?
Tuesday afternoons at Hungerford or
Friday afternoons at Thatcham

Why?
Because doomscrolling isn’t cutting it and “just pushing through” is clearly going great.

Did you know over half of POTS patients also have Small Fiber Neuropathy (SFN)?

This is something so many people with POTS aren’t told and honestly, I wasn’t either until I started digging deeper.

I’m sharing this part of my skin biopsy results to help raise awareness. It showed significantly reduced nerve fiber density in both my arm and foot, which confirmed I also have Small Fiber Neuropathy on top of POTS.

✨ So what is Small Fiber Neuropathy?
It’s a condition that affects the small nerve fibers responsible for:
• Temperature regulation
• Pain sensations (like burning or tingling)
• And autonomic functions like heart rate, digestion, sweating, and blood pressure

In other words… all the same areas impacted by dysautonomia and POTS.

The connection between the two is strong. Some studies suggest over 50% of POTS patients also have SFN, but it often goes undiagnosed unless you push for specific testing, like a skin biopsy.

This explains why some of us have symptoms that don’t fully fit in the POTS box:
• Burning feet or hands
• Pins and needles
• Weird temperature changes
• Or even random nerve pain that doesn’t respond to usual treatments

If you’ve been diagnosed with POTS but still feel like “something else is going on,” this could be a piece of the puzzle.

You’re not alone. 🌈
