Grief is like the ocean - some days it can be calm and gentle, some days it's rough and other times it can feel like you've been hit by a huge wave and feel like you're drowning. In therapy we will work on how to ride it, how to anchor ourselves when it's rough, whilst working towards acceptance of these changes in our lives.
