If you are looking for fertility reflexology but not keen to join a waiting list, please remember why I have a waiting list… firstly I run a wait list because my priority is being able to give each of my clients exactly what they need, and that is flexible, changeable appointments that fit in with their cycle. I know what my magic number is and I don’t exceed this. Fertility reflexology isn’t just about a weekly treatment, it’s about checking charts daily, setting homework, supporting my clients not only physically but emotionally, I can’t do this if I just keep taking on new clients constantly. Also my client list changes constantly, positive pregnancy tests, change in circumstances, my non fertility clients requirements changing. If you’d like more details, please let me know 👣

So many exciting things happening in my treatment room, seeing my clients weekly, fortnightly or monthly means I get to really help make a difference, whether it’s a positive pregnancy test (yep that’s happened a few times!) pmdd symptoms easing to a point my client can function daily, pcos symptoms improved meaning a client starts ovulating monthly instead of once or twice a year, improved sleep, improved mood, lessened anxiety and stress, water retention improved…honestly for my clients these things are life changing! And for me, being apart of these journeys is life changing…I couldn’t love what I do more. Somebody once said to me when I was in the depths of anxiety that one day in the future I wouldn’t want to change my story, I won’t have wished I’d never experienced what I did because it will shape my life…and that it did 🥹

It’s been a busy weekend…September - December baby courses published, menopause case studies contacted (treatment dates being confirmed this week), fertility case studies completed, written up and ready to send off, 2 clients today, 2 clients tomorrow and then the weekend!

A client asked me recently whether my kids like reflexology…here’s me giving Els reflexology last night, at 9.30pm when I got in from visiting a client…my kids LOVE reflexology! They love having it on their hands and their feet, they love giving it to themselves on their hands and they’ll give it to each other! It’s such an important part of family life for us 🫶🏼
