To round off of World Reflexology Week I am offering 1 person a free treatment…no strings attached! All you need to do is nominate somebody who you feel is deserving of an hour long reflexology treatment (you can also nominate yourself). No need to like/share/follow etc (although these are always appreciated! The treatment will be at my home treatment room and between school hours and I’ll pick somebody over the weekend! Get nominating guys!!!!! 👣

Over the years I’ve had the joy of supporting families with baby massage and baby, toddler and children’s reflexology. As many of you know, my passion has always been helping people feel nurtured, supported and empowered through every stage of life.
I’m excited to share that I’ll now be focusing my practice on reflexology for adults — including fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, stress, anxiety and beyond. To reflect this new chapter, l’ll also be changing my business name soon.
For those who still want to experience the magic of baby massage, baby, toddler and children’s reflexology, don’t worry — I’ll continue to offer classes and sessions on a 1:1 basis and in small private groups and with the odd group class here and there!

Back from the best week in Cornwall with our family and friends, I’d love to say fully rested but with 15 adults, 9 children, 3 babies and a dog there wasn’t much resting!
