3 weeks to our Chapter of Calm Retreat on Saturday 7 February, don't leave it too late, we just have 4 spaces left.
We'll be doing some yoga, beginners are very welcome, we enjoy very relaxed yoga at Treetops, in the afternoon we'll finish the day with a final yoga relaxation session with Rachel Windsor Yoga
In between we will be enjoying books, english lit degree not required (😁) we're just going to enjoy hearing about what books people have enjoyed reading recently, and we'll ask what your favourite book is, there'll be stationery and notebooks to make notes as we go. I love book lists! Yet more to add to the pile! We'll do this with warm drinks and morning snacks. (and there will be cake in the afternoon - all dietary requirements are looked after at Treetops).
After a delicious and nutritious 2 course lunch, there's an opportunity to explore the grounds and woodland, a good stomp and inhale of fresh air before we start our Wellbeing session.
Treetops Retreat Days are a great opportunity to get away from it all, calm your nervous system, stretch your body, find some joy, have some fun and learn something new.
The days runs from 9:30am - 4pm, we hope to see you ❤️
