COMMUNITY PHARMACIST - JOB DESCRIPTION
Post title: Community Pharmacist for Independent Community Pharmacy within a GP Hybrid Set-up
Reports to: Superintendent Pharmacist
Hours: 30 hours a week
Salary: £35000-£42000 depending on experience
Upto 10% performance related bonus
Contract type: Permanent (first six months probationary)
Notice period: 12 weeks
Annual leave: Five weeks and bank holidays, pro rata per year
Benefits: Monday – Friday working (no weekends), predictable hours

Job Summary
Are you a pharmacist who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and looking for a new challenge within a supportive and friendly team?
We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our innovative Hybrid Pharmacy within Downland Practice. You will work in conjunction with our Superintendent Pharmacist, experienced dispensary team and be supported by our full-time Hybrid Pharmacy Manager.
This role offers the opportunity to provide essential and advanced pharmacy services, contribute to service development, and deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative primary care setting. Independent Prescribers are welcome but not essential.
