Skin is cleansed, exfoliated or peel depending on your skincare concerns.
Face, neck, and décolletage are massaged to help remove toxins from the skin, improve blood flow, and aid lymphatic drainage.
A mask is applied, then choose either a hand and arm or foot massage.
Finally, the mask is removed with warm mitts, serum applied, and finished with a moisturiser.
