Dear all lovely patients.

We are unable at the moment to have same day appaintments, due to a high demand.
Our online booking system is open so, please feel free to use this facility.
We are following as expected strict guidelines, to keep you safe and to keep our clinic safest possible environment for us all.

If you are a new patient to our clinic we will try to make our Triage as easy for you as possible.

Steps are as follow:
1. You book online
2. We will email you couple of forms to complete and return
3. Chiropractor will call you to complete Level 1 Triage and Risk Assessment
4. If apropriate, we will confirm your appointment and welcome you to our clinic.

For our returning patients

1. You book online
2. We will email you a form to complete
3. Chiropractor will call you to complete Level 1 Triage and Risk Assesment
4. If apropriate, we will welcome you back to our clinic with a discount on your returning treatment.

Some good news!
Deni has been helping out in care during lockdown to support our elderly in local community. So, she has been able to be tested for COVID-19 couple of days ago. Test results are negative, so we hope this will provide you all with additional assurance.

I am pleased to inform you that D.R.Chiropractic will be opening up from 25th May 2020, following advice from government and our governing body.

Treatment slots can be booked by telephone only on 07848 698 643. I am sorry, that we will not be able to offer the same day appointments in near future and opening hours have changed to afternoons and evenings.

I have been working behind the scenes, sourcing necessary PPE, updating procedures, deep cleaning. I have been doing everything possible to provide safe environment for your return.

There will be small changes to your appointment when booking with me in foreseeable future. Over the phone we will complete coronavirus (COVID-19) initial triage assessment. After this you will receive email from me with additional document for you to read and sign before your booked appointment with me.

Upon your arrival to our clinic I would ask you to remain in your car until I come out and get you. This will ensure we maintain a safe social distancing and allows me to clean the clinic, change PPE in between patients. Before you enter our clinic, I will need to check your temperature.

I am unable to see those in government designated shielded groups, those with specific underlying health conditions and unfortunately anyone over 70 years old. If you are unsure about these, my pre-consultation COVID-19 document that will be emailed to you explains these.

I would kindly ask you to stay at home if you or anyone in your household is presenting with COVID-19 symptoms.

In these strange times I will do my upmost to continue provide best care for you and your loved ones.

Closure of D.R.Chiropractic

With a great regret we have made the difficult decision to close our clinic in light of development of the COVID-19 in United Kingdom. Clinic door will be closed, however we will be and are available on the phone or via email. Our thoughts are with all our patients and their loved ones.
Patient health and safety has always been our priority. This is and has become a unprecedented situation in our times. Please follow advice, follow social distancing and stay at home.
