A little reminder and a heartfelt message 💛

This isn’t an easy post to write, but it’s important.

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me and respected both my work and my boundaries over the years. I truly appreciate each and every one of you 🙏

Recently, I had an experience with a new client who booked online and behaved inappropriately during treatment. This was upsetting and completely out of line with the values I uphold in my space.

As many of you know, I work alone, and while I’ve been lucky to welcome so many kind and respectful clients, this incident left me shaken. As a result, I’ve been hesitant to accept new male client bookings unless they come via recommendation.

If you’re recommending someone to me (especially male clients), please ask them to mention your name when getting in touch. This helps me feel secure in knowing they are local, respectful, and genuinely interested in the professional services I offer.

My treatment room is a safe space—built on trust, care, and professionalism. I do not, and will never, offer anything inappropriate. And I will always honour your boundaries, just as I ask mine be respected.

Thank you for understanding and continuing to support what I do. This space is filled with nothing but good intentions 💛
