Herby Christmas
Got a few bits left over from market.
I will be in Newcastle Emlyn Monday lunch time if anyone wants to pick up some last min herby supplies.
Lip balm and Cracking up herbal lip salve both made with flowers for my garden infused in oils.
Cold sore cream
Piles cream
Varicose veins cream
Home made Comfery cream and Rhema ointment/muscle rub
Throat syrup (Thyme and Licorice)
Immune syrup (Elderberry and Echincea)
Don’t panic drops
Vavavoom drops
Organic Enchincea tincture, small or medium.
Bug buster immune support tincture.
And a few herbal teas, lung, tummy, sleepy and wee tea, Chamomile.
If your not registered with me already I may need to do a breif consutation just to get some basics for some of herbal
mixes.

I have so much to thank Dedj and herbal first and d crew for. It was the best of experience being able to work with them as a student and then later as a practitioner. I learnt so much and it provides such an essential service at festival and event.

He has a wealth of knowledge and experience treating people with herbal medicine for a huge range of health issues.

Well this weather certainly suits the herbs in the garden. The Elecampane is awesome this year! Huge!
Will have to dig the root this year and make some lovely lung tonic. Also stars of show, Valerian, Motherwort and St John’s Wort. Better get out and harvest them! Loving summer!

I’m having a few weeks off from Wednesday 14th August. If you need anything please let me know. Reperscription, big buster, hayfever mix, creams and ointments etc just message me and I will sort it out before I go.
If you want an appointment I am seeing people in Emlyn Monday 12th or I do have a free slot tomorrw afternoon (Wednesday 7th).
