I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to our lovely, and ever so generous, yoga community... we managed to raise £318 for Cat Rescue West Wales 2021 in memory of Peggy. I'm super happy & this is part of the message received from the rescue centre when I let them know "Thank you so much, we are very grateful and welcome your kind support. That is a fabulous amount"... I feel Peggy would be super happy to think of all the cats this can help😻😻😻.

I'm doing a fundraising week in memory of our legendary fellow yogi, Peggy. For those who didn’t know her, Peggy recently passed away at the incredible age of 98. She had been attending my chair yoga classes up until just a few months before her passing—still driving herself to class! She is greatly missed, and I felt it would be a fitting way to honour her memory by raising money for a local charity.

As Peggy adored her cat, Ginge, I’ve chosen Cat Rescue West Wales 2021 an organisation doing wonderful work in the area. They would be very grateful for any support we can offer.

I’ll be bringing a donation pot to all classes this week if you’d like to contribute in her memory. I will also be donating a portion of my earnings for every person I teach throughout the week. It would be amazing to raise as much as possible in Peggy’s memory. Even if you didn’t know her personally, this is a wonderful cause in honour of a truly wonderful lady.

I'm so grateful to all these lovely beings who came along to the Workshop & Meal yesterday 💜... it was such a special & nourishing day. We stretched, strengthened & sank deeper... the Yin/Yang yoga, followed by a guided meditation allowed a beautiful strong stillness to unfold. And then our convoy of yogis headed up to Veganishmum Pop Up Restaurant to be treated to a delicious 3 course meal 😋... thanks Jayne & Rob for making us all so welcome, as always!! 😘 Much love to all 🙏xx

A big thank you to everyone for their attendance and support so far this year 🙏💚 - I'll be taking an end of summer break & classes resume the week commencing 22nd September. Thanks to all you lovely beings who attended the rather hot but extremely nourishing workshop we had on Saturday at Penrhiwllan Hall.... Yin/Yang yoga was more Yin due to heat.. treats went down, well... a treat 😊... and then the divine healing sound bath by ensured everyone floated home for a relaxing afternoon 🌞. It was such a wonderful way to start the weekend 💜.

In 2024 it rained cats and dogs and this time round it was the hottest day of the year 🌞😁... our chair yoga with Veganishmum Pop Up Restaurant meal was scorchio yesterday but everyone held up well and the food was delicious as always. I'm so super grateful for this wonderful group... they are a very special bunch!!! 💜🥰

There's a few spaces left on the YIN/YANG YOGA & CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND HEALING Workshop:
Date: 12th July: Saturday 9.30am-12.30pm @ Penrhiwllan Hall (£40).
Yin/Yang Yoga is suitable for all levels and allows us to stretch into our deeper connective tissue and then work with stretching and strengthening our muscles. The stillness of Yin helps us create a beautifully deep inward connection; a perfect way to start our morning! We then have tea & healthy treats before settling in for a heartfelt Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, lead by the extremely gifted & wise, Angie Brierheart. These vibrational frequencies have a healing ability, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure. What a gift on so many levels.
