Croeso Care Ltd has been established in West Wales since 2007. We provide a variety of services, Community Care, Day Care and Night Care.

We are always interested in new carers that share our belief in providing the very best care, send us a message. Croeso Care Ltd has been established in West Wales since 2007 and was set up by two friends Heather Burt & Fiona Morris. Their caregivers provide care in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire and surrounding areas with day care, night care and 24 hour live in care. Through their team of care professionals, they are ideally placed to provide a care package that is tailored to the individual which would allow service users to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, and believe that this is the key to people maintaining their dignity at a time when it is all too easy for it to be lost unnecessarily. This also enables individuals with an alternative choice to residential care. Croeso Care is regulated and registered by the CSSIW, (Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales) and are active members of UKHCA (United Kingdom Health Care Association)
Services they Provide
At Croeso Care they are very proud to offer a variety of services these include: -
24 Hour Care
Their main objective is to promote choice for the individuals to remain in their own homes without the need for Residential Care at an affordable cost. The care package is not only for the individual but can give peace of mind to the relatives knowing their loved one is being cared for and a manager can be contacted 24 hours a day. Night Care
Their caregivers can provide from one night to seven nights per week, as and when needed. Night caregivers are available from 8.00pm through to 8.00am according to the individual’s needs. Caregivers’ are available throughout the night as Waking Nights or a Sleeping Night. Day Care
Caregivers can be provided in your own home with set blocks of time from six hours to twelve whichever is necessary. Respite Care
A carergiver is able to move into your home to take care of your loved one while you take a well-deserved break or holiday. All the above packages of care can be discussed either by telephone or a private consultation in your own with either the Client Manager or with the Directors. 💙 A moment of kindness worth celebrating 💙

We’d like to give a huge shout-out to two of our amazing carers, Russell and Nadia, who recently went above and beyond when a gentleman became unwell on the street.

Without hesitation, they called for an ambulance and stayed with him until it arrived — offering comfort, reassurance, and genuine care throughout.

We’ve recognised their efforts internally, but we also think it’s important to celebrate them publicly.
