What a phaff but thank you again for bearing with me...

The other week I accidentally strimmed a wasps nest and got 10 stings on mostly one leg...all I can say is ouchie 🥴

Chemists unable to help, GP was just to ring back later and scramble for an appointment but the fabulous Minor Injurues in Cardigan saved the say with antihistamines antibiotics for what turned very quickly to cellulitis

At one point my ankle and knee mostly blended with the size of my thigh and made wheeling around in clinic pretty tricky in-between scratching one hell of an itch 🙃

Back in clinic but still itchy 😫

People with dementia can sometimes start to wander. This might only be into the garden or street for a short time, but sometimes people get lost and go missing.

Carers, family or friends of a vulnerable person, or the person themselves, can fill in a form in advance, containing information to help the police if the person goes missing.

Keeping a completed form means you don’t have to try to remember the information when you are under stress if someone goes missing. And it saves time, so we can start the search sooner.

You might have already heard that landlines in the UK are going digital by the end of January 2027.

BT are inviting their customers to a local drop-in session where they’ll have a team on hand who can tell you what Digital Voice is, why the change is necessary and what it means for you.

If you rely on your phoneline for Telecare or any other careline services, it’s important to make sure you have all the information to make sure you can continue to connect to these services when the switch takes place.
