Right folks it's sexy sock season!!

Last week I had 4 (ladies in particular) with the early stages of chilblains 🥶

The weather has taken a turn and the clocks have changed, now is NOT the time to be wearing the "nylon pop socks/tights"

Please please wear "proper socks"
This maybe be wool, cotton, bamboo, polyester, diabetics with stretchy tops, something plain, something funky but please wear them.

This may in turn make you think your shoes are too small...the odds are they were technically too tight in the first place..

I'll get a few posts up in coming days about footwear and chilblains so we can all be winter ready 👣❄️☔️🧊

In the meantime, show me your socks!!!🧦

Not even got Halloween 🎃👻out if the way yet and I'm mentioning the C word 🎁🎄🙄

It's only 8 and abit weeks away (which is most patients cycle)
