Friday the 13th — not a day to fear, but a day of protection. ✨

So many people have messaged me today asking about the meaning of Friday the 13th. For years we’ve been conditioned to think of this date as unlucky, mysterious, or even something to avoid. Yet when we look a little deeper, the story changes completely.

In many ancient traditions, 13 was considered a sacred number. It represents the divine feminine, the cycles of the moon, and the natural rhythms of life. There are 13 lunar cycles in a year — a number deeply connected to intuition, creation, and inner wisdom.

And Friday itself was historically associated with the goddess energy — love, beauty, protection, and abundance.

So when you bring those two together — Friday + 13 — the energy actually speaks of spiritual protection, heightened intuition, and powerful feminine energy.

It’s a day to slow down, tune in, and listen to the quiet guidance within you. Many people find their intuition sharper today, dreams more vivid, and signs from the universe easier to notice.

Instead of fearing this date, I see it as a reminder that not everything we’ve been told to fear is negative. Sometimes it simply means we are touching something powerful and misunderstood.

This morning I felt a very strong urge to share a message. The energy around someone who follows this page feels very low, tense and heavy. If you are reading this, take a moment and breathe… this message may be for you. ✨

The Five of Wands speaks of inner conflict, tension and competing energies. It can feel like too many voices, opinions or responsibilities are pulling you in different directions. You may feel misunderstood, frustrated or as if you constantly have to prove yourself. Sometimes this card appears when we are fighting battles that are not even ours to fight. Not every challenge requires you to step into the arena.

This energy can also reflect an internal struggle — a mind that is noisy, full of doubts and “what ifs”. When we stay in this space for too long, our nervous system becomes tired and our spirit begins to feel drained.

The advice from The Hanged Man is powerful but often misunderstood.

Pause.

Not everything needs to be solved today. Not every reaction needs to be immediate. The Hanged Man invites you to step back and see your situation from a completely different perspective. When you stop pushing and allow yourself to surrender control for a moment, clarity begins to arrive.

Sometimes progress is not about fighting harder — it is about letting go, observing, and allowing life to rearrange itself around you.

✨ A Small Update for Those Who Work With Me ✨

Over the past months my practice has continued to grow and evolve, and with that my services and pricing will be updated from 1st April.

If you schedule your session before the end of March, the current rate will be honoured — even if your appointment takes place later in the year.

Many of my clients already plan their sessions well in advance. Some bookings are now secured as far ahead as September to keep the existing price.

The same applies to my Signature Transformation Packages.
Bookings are already being reserved for May and beyond.

If you feel called to work together later this year, simply send me a direct message and I will ensure your space is secured at the current rate before the April update.

Once the new pricing comes into effect, it will apply to all future bookings.
