How was your day? Mine was pretty spectacular! I got in touch with my wild woman, drummed, crafted, created, got naked, painted, made an incredible body print, released, cried, shouted, laughed and connected with a gorgeous tribe of wonderful wild woman. Oh and we had some gorgeous sound healing after all of that!!Thanks for facilitating such healing safe spaces for woman 🙏 🌀 ✨ 🔥 🧡

The Spring Equinox a time of balance both within and without. Join us for a day of relaxation, movement, creativity and restoration.

Included in the day we have a number of workshops for you to choose from:

Chakra Dancing – Move freely and align your energy for the new season.
Yoga – Flow through gentle movements to restore harmony.
Balancing with Essential Oils - A guided visualisation using the magick of essential oils.
Crafting – Create something meaningful as a symbol of new beginnings.
Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in soothing vibrations for deep relaxation.
There is also the option of booking a 1:1 therapy and Tarot/Oracle card readings. There will also be some crystals and hand crafted jewellery available to buy on the day.

Set in the peaceful village of Smallwood, there will also be a light lunch, a range of teas and refreshments. There is plenty of parking on site and disabled access.
