There are many different relationships we have during our lifetime, from childhood into adulthood; through education, work, family, social connections, not just romantic relationships. Not all are easy to navigate.
Are you struggling with your relationship with yourself or one you share with others; friends, family, partner(s) (romantic or intimate), colleagues at work? The way these influence your way of thinking, interacting and the way we present ourselves to the world. These may be causing stress, anxiety, or depression.
Issues may arise from internal power struggles (conflict) when our own morals, and values don't align with external influences or when we are faced with life changing events. These may leave us with feelings of anger, guilt, shame, isolation and being misunderstood.
Working together in counselling can lead to better relationships, identify and find solutions to specific problems, help reduce feelings of distress and develop new ways of communicating.
