Just to clarify... Im currently taking a break. ❤️
Sometimes, when you have been pushing and pushing for so long, there is little left in the tank. Its ok to take a break, re-group and then re-focus later on, especially when its affecting your physical and mental health.
My fresha is off and Im not taking any further bookings for now. This isnt me quitting. I will be back once Ive got the energy and health to continue this properly.
I may start sharing content again, just to help keep education and sharing best practice, and any updates with the proposed regulations as they happen (which I cant wait to come into place as this will remove alot of stress for me too as I worry about practices I hear and the things I see). And as you all know I will still be testing and trialling treatments on myself and completing courses as I love learning.
