The On Track group had a lovely visit to Glebe Farm today, making the most of the first sunny day of the year! ☀️

Everyone enjoyed spending the day outdoors and meeting all the animals 🦙🐰🌸 It was a fantastic opportunity to get some fresh air and enjoy the beautiful spring weather together.

After the cold, dark winter months, days like this are so valuable. The sunshine and time outdoors provide a real boost to everyone’s wellbeing and lifted spirits all around 💛

🌲🌲Keele Christmas Tree Farm 🌲🌲
Yesterday the group went to pick this year’s On Track christmas tree! We all had a vote and picked our favourite then headed back to the center to decorate and get in the christmas spirit 🧑‍🎄🤶🎄

🎃 A fantastic day out at Wheelock Hall Farm! Our group had so much fun pumpkin picking, enjoying a lovely lunch, and even bouncing around on the trampoline together! Smiles, laughter, and plenty of pumpkins all around — what a brilliant day! 🧡✨

On Track at the Gym! 💪
Our On Track group has been making fantastic use of the gym recently — and we're absolutely loving it!
A huge thank you to our staff members Niamh and Lucy, who have developed individual workout plans for each of our members. Many of our members have different physical boundaries, so it's really important that their plans are personalised to help them get the very best out of their workouts.
Each person has a plan that they can clearly see and read, helping them to understand their goals and work towards them independently. It's amazing to see the confidence and motivation this has brought to everyone!
Well done to all our members for their hard work and dedication - we're so proud of you all! 👏👏

Last week, the group visited Trentham Monkey Forest! 🐒🌳
We got the opportunity to see the monkeys have their lunch and then went to find the baby monkeys!🙉 The group had a lovely walk around the forest before heading for some lunch in the picnic area. We all then went back in to have one last visit and walk around before heading back. Amazing experience! 🐵💚
