Yesterday Alice and Alaine were renewing their First Aid at Work qualifications. Lots of learning and fun and a yummy lunch was had. Big thanks to Little Annie and Brad who were our models and Alex our fabulous instructor and to the McTimoney Trust for putting the course (and lunch) on.

So far this morning we’ve seen a 94 year old and 4 month old. Both have left feeling much better. McTimoney really is for all ages with its gentle and whole body approach. 🥰
