Online or Telephone sessions available. I am warm and friendly. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental, empathic and safe place for you to explore your feelings. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, tailored to your individual needs. At our first meeting we will discuss what your needs are and agree which approaches will be suitable in helping you to achieve your goals. I work with Adults and Young People from 14 years, online using video conferencing platforms zoom or teams or telephone sessions.
