Tonight, we hosted our first Menopause Cafe and what a lovely evening it was!

We had cake, coffee and there was plenty of discussion around the menopause.

It's fantastic to see women come together and talk so openly about their own experiences.

Today we celebrated what this time of year stands for through the universal language of food.

Our catering team provided an African and Caribbean-inspired menu, giving staff the opportunity to embrace the culture and enjoy the food with a greater appreciation.
