So its the week of dreams in my house....3 days until we go on an adventure of a lifetime 🎉 Which means the page will go quiet from now until i get back in September.....i'll throw some pictures on my stories for you to all share this amazing opportunity with us 🥰

7th September - Stillness & Sound Booking via their website when its announced.

14th September - Sound Fusion & Thermal Reset . Sound bath, wild swim and lakeside sauna truely all round phenomenal wellbeing session. Booking live on the whitmore website.

21st September - Stillness & Sound for the 2nd run of the month. Beautiful floating session plus spa day

24th September - I am guest speaker at the next event at Strategi Solutions Head to their insta to grab your ticket now!

And finally on the 28th September i will spend the day at Mowcop Wellbeing Festival. Facilitating half hour sound fusions all day. I did this last year and cant wait to do it again, such a brilliant day for all your wellbeing needs and for an amazing cause. Everything included in the ticket price i will share the link to it on my stories as soon as i find it lol

So thats a wrap for the summer for me its been an absolute privilege and pleasure to work with sooo many amazing people ❤️ You have all contributed to my little dream getting bigger & bigger ✨️ for that i cant thankyou enough, being able to grow and reach more & more people i can help is the dream....and im doing it 💖

I'll see you all in September but for now i am going to spend some well earned time with my family, being consciously aware of everything we are about to experience. Create everlasting core memories for these little humans and wrap ourselves in love embracing life in every moment ❤️✨️💖

Another beautifully sweaty 😅 spa soundbath yesterday! And it was hooot aswell! Thankyou to everyone that attended you were amazing!

Hearing that my session "made the weekend special " makes my heart burst ❤️
