How bloody awesome is that 👏 😀 🥰

Well we did it! We've raised over £1,400 with our third Mow Cop charity well-being day and I can't thank all our sponsors and everyone who came along enough for supporting this community event. Here's to next year 😁😁😁

What an absolutley fantastic day at the mow cop charity well being day 😀 back to back sessions, a huge amount of love & positive feedback, rooms full of practioners doing amazing work, rooms full of happy & very relaxed people 🥰

An abundance of self love and people testing out what works for them. And all so the pensioners have a wonderful xmas ❤️

I have met so many amazing people today with the biggest of hearts. I am so grateful to be invited back again this year its been a true privilege to be a part of something so magical!

Well done to Kerryanne Clancy at Real-ease massage therapy & treatments for organising it all and to everyone who helped to make it possible. You are all amazing!! ❤️

On Wednesday I have the privilege of sharing my life & buisness journey with a group of inspiring women, and facilitating an amazing sound fusion session for them all.

I'm super excited for this!

Women wanting to put themselves first, knowing that they need to look after themselves in order for everything else to fall into place, and wanting to learn new things, looking to grow as individuals.
These are my kind of women!

Tonight session was full of power & strength, i met women who were fierce and wonderful. We relaxed, let go, shifted some powerful emotions, we swam, we chatted & we laughed. What an amazing evening!

Sometimes the events don't sell out & thats ok because if it had there would be no saying that we woukd have had the inspiring, honest, heartfelt conversations we have had tonight.
