A beautiful session at the manor house spa again today! It was for sure a sweaty one lol

Tomorrow i am actually GETTING ON A PLANE for the 1st time in my life!!! ( if you were with me last year for the passport trauma you will know this lol) sooo i am off for 2 weeks 🎉🎉 living life, experiencing new things and having a well deserved rest.

Sound Fusion & Thermal Reset sessions at WHITMORE HALL!

An hours sound bathing session combine with aromatherapy and music therapy, followed by one hour of contrast therapy.

Wild swimming in the beautiful lilly pond ( exclusive swim only for whitmore hall users not the lakes) with a lakeside sauna ready and raring to warm you through.

Please understand there is no commitment to either swimming or sauna, if you dont want to swim and/or sauna it is fine. We just ask you come with an open mind.

Coming up this month we have some beautiful sessions. And everything is starting to rise after the winter break 🙌

I am back at on 14th March for your ultimate spa day with a difference. Treat yourself to an outstanding day at this amazing spa retreat and float your way through an hour of bliss in the beautiful indoor serenity pool. I'm so happy to be back here this month..it is an honor to hold these sessions here.

MOTHERS DAY! 15th March i am plunging into the cold at WHITMORE HALL ACTUALLY lol. Starting with a magical hour sound bath in the stately hall we unwind and let go, followed by a short walk to the beautiful lilly pond which is only used by sessions at the hall to rejuvenate by stepping/swimming in the lake ( there is no pressure to turn into a mermaid/merman, just do as you feel) the 90° sauna is waiting for you on the lakeside for you to jump straight into afterwards. Contrast therapy ( the hot and cold) is an absolutley fantastic way to give the body a head to toe wellness treat! What a way for us mums to get the wellness treat we deserve hey!

And finally The Floating Frequency is back at the gorgeous 32° clarity pool in market drayton ( 20 mins from newcastle) This stunning spa vibe pool is your spa treat without the price tag! We have an hour floating soundbath or if you wish to be in the water we have some hammocks that support you floating in the water. After the soundbath we spend half an hour swimming or socialising awakening the body gently again at your pace, while rehydrating with some lemon water. Wow! What an absolutley amazing night with 2 beautiful floating frequency sessions at clarity pool.

The sessions were so powerful, total relaxation, surrender, love & laughter ❤️

And an especially HUGE Thankyou to my mermaid daughter for being my beautiful assistant in the pool, creating calm and fluid movement for everyone on their journeys. You were amazing as always. And she will be back to join us for more over the next couple of months 🥰
