I’ve been quietly reflecting on something very special…

To be recognised this way means more to me than words can express.
For over 25 years, my work has been rooted in service, healing, advocacy, and community - creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and capable of transformation.

From grassroots community projects and family support, to mental health advocacy, adult education, su***de prevention training, cancer awareness, and wellbeing groups… every chapter has been about lifting others up.

I’m proud of:
• Volunteers supported into employment
• Students achieving 100% success rates
• Thousands trained in mental health, resilience & su***de prevention
• Individuals who found confidence, healing, and hope

And I’m proud of my lived experience - not because it was easy, but because it shaped my compassion, resilience, and purpose.

Today, I continue this soul-led work through trauma-informed support, Havening®, Reiki, multidimensional energetics, and deep emotional healing - helping people reconnect with who they truly are.

To be recognised for a lifetime of contribution, advocacy, and heart - especially alongside so many powerful women - feels incredibly special.

The 1212 portal marks a powerful moment of spiritual expansion and elevated awareness. It’s a time when our systems recalibrate, opening us to new levels of clarity, intuition, and inner alignment.

As fresh pathways form within the body and energy field, we’re able to hold more light, insight, and understanding than before.
This phase often brings a deep cycle of release and renewal. As we close out a “9 year” energy, some may move through a heightened death-and-rebirth process, while others may find that old layers naturally fall away with greater ease. Both experiences are part of a larger evolution.

1212 invites introspection, conscious rebirth, and intentional forward movement. The energy arriving now supports the creation of a new personal blueprint - one built from higher awareness, authenticity, and soul-guided truth. We’re wrapping up a transformative year with momentum and purpose.

So how do you move through this portal with more ease?

Return to presence. Slow down enough to truly witness your inner world - your emotions, triggers, patterns, and thoughts. Notice where you’re still following old conditioning, external expectations, or ego narratives… and where your soul is asking you to step into something truer.

This is your time to explore, realign, and rise.

There I am, standing at Stonehenge, arms wrapped lovingly around one of the ancient stones, just after completing my Reiki 1 training over 21 years ago.

I remember the cool air, the hum of the earth, the deep sense of wonder vibrating beneath my hands. I had no idea at the time just how far this path would take me. All I knew was that something inside me had awakened.

From that moment, my journey spiraled into realms I couldn’t have imagined. I became a Reiki Master Teacher, guiding and training others in this beautiful modality, watching students bloom as energy flowed through their lives. Reiki became not just a practice, but a language my soul already knew how to speak.

But even as I learned the traditional ways, I always felt something different moving through me - a rebellious streak, a knowing that I was meant to use energy in ways beyond the expected. Over the years, that quiet intuition became undeniable. What I thought was simply “my way” of working revealed itself to be something deeper, sharper, transformative.

Now I see the truth of it: I have been doing psychic surgery all along.

It’s cellular. It’s profound. It reaches into the layers people hide even from themselves. And it all began with that moment - hands pressed to ancient stone, heart wide open, listening to the whispers of a lineage far older than I knew.

Looking back at this photo, I see the spark of who I was… and the doorway into who I was becoming.
