Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle

Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check

Role Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Supporting with personal care (washing, showering, dressing)

Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition

Helping clients start their day or settle in for the evening

Providing toileting assistance

Light housekeeping duties

Supporting with appointments and social activities

Assisting with or completing shopping tasks

Our care teams work across Newcastle, Stoke, and the surrounding areas, supporting individuals who wish to remain independent in their own homes.

We are currently recruiting for female carers with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, to support our female service users. (This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 – Genuine Occupational Requirement.)

What we’re looking for:

A naturally caring and empathetic personality

Someone who treats all service users with dignity, respect, and compassion

A good listener with strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to quality care

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check

What we offer:
