Nicola has successfully completed her probation period! Starting out completely new to the
care sector, she has shown incredible dedication, made fantastic progress in her development, and gained so many new skills along the way.

She’s already taking steps to continue her growth by enrolling on additional courses beginning with the Care Certificate, which is already in progress

We are all so proud of you, Nicola. Well done and keep shining! 🌟🙌
