Apologies for the radio silence it’s been a busy few days. Sometimes we just need to catch up with family and life. Time to reflect on what achievements we’ve made.
A big shout out to my members and my fab colleagues who together we donated 81 bags of clothes, that is equivalent in value to Cancer Research at £25 per bag so £2025 to help
In the fight against this devastating disease.
This year I will be taking part in Race for Life at Trentham Gardens (2nd June )together with some of my amazing members. We want to raise much needed funds and get active! Above all to be healthier, because we all know just how valuable our health is.

A big thank you to my fab members for their clothes throw donations. All for Cancer Research.
Having a clear out and getting rid of clothes that are too big for them now. What an amazing feeling when you acknowledge just how far you have come and letting go of your past.

A visitor in the garden this morning enjoying breakfast. A busy day yesterday with the grandbabies enjoying the sunshine 🌞.Good job we filled up the “ bird” feeder.
Breakfast for me always sets me up for a good day and stops me nibbling…
