I wasn’t prepared for just how heart opening, how touching and how perfect last night was.

The final Higher Frequency Live of the year, our festive Relaxed Reset. The spirit of this business guides me and never ceases to amaze me.

Last night I was on the brink of tears all the way through and before we’d even begun…it softened my nervous system even more…I felt safe to then have some deep and meaningful conversations with the church afterwards…this also brought me to tears.

I have felt on the brink of tears all day today.
It’s not hormonal time btw 🤣
This is heart opening time 🥹
Nervous system shifting out deeper layers of trauma and creating space for more safety, relaxation and peace.

Thank you so much to The Minster of Stoke on Trent. It really does feel like a safe home, like visiting your favourite grandparents house, like resting on your mums settee…it really does feel like you let your guard down as everything is taken care of for you now. There’s nothing to worry about.

This is the feeling I pray you all feel too.
My mission is to help you to feel truly safe from trauma, relaxed in your purpose, loved for who you are and have peace in your mind.

End of year tie up, growth & healing integration through relaxation, sound, music and therapeutic self massage.

Friday night was absolutely delightful to the soul…a darkened pool, candlelight, glowing bowls, a gorgeous group of goddesses & relaxation induced through water, sound & floating weightlessly with healing vibrations amplified x4 from the medicinal water & air together 🙏🏼

The ladies all awakened with big smiles and dropped shoulders….afterwards some opted for more laid back floating, some the whirlpool bath, some the sauna, some a dip…

To set us all up for a powerful wellbeing wind down, shared her Hollywood level CALMING COLLAGEN drinks, talked about health improvements & I grounded everything down with a reiki meditation (whilst surrendering to laughter of merry people on their Xmas parties 😆😂).

It was certainly a beautifully unique night with some full moon chaos to steady…but we definitely made huge inner shifts and allowed the healing in.

I have been in a deep slumbering state since…so I just allowed the process. It’s all part of it 🥰

All spa goddesses:- as a special Xmas gift from me, you will be receiving extra goodies from me via email tomorrow! So ladies, please check your junk if I’m not sitting in your inbox tomorrow. You won’t want to miss your extra bonus gift from me!

P.S I’m late posting this as integration took me deeeeeep into exhaustion (after nantwich’s illuminate + stone’s sound wave spa only a day apart from each other!) but im so grateful for the power that has touched nearly 100 people last week because of Higher Frequency Live events 🥹🙏🏼😭🌟

My tiredness is a sure fire sign that I’ve given it my all for my guests, I fully trust all all event guests are also integrating almighty shifts too…if you lovelies have any questions, please DM 🙏🏼❤️🫶🏼

So many thank yous incoming!
This event is becoming a moving, ever evolving piece of therapeutic art to me.
And so many people I have to thank…

💖My family for just letting me do what I need to do to help people. They all support me & just let me crack on with less conventional ways of earning a living…thank you family 😁😂 (they just know I’ve got a gift for helping people I guess ❤️)

💖St Mary’s Church, the wonderful Rector who really does trust in what we do and helps so much 🙏🏼😭 also Gail my go to lady for anything admin and bookings.

💖 Polly for being a really incredible support to me at the events 🥹 since Polly took over as an events assistant, it’s made these events so easy to deliver & tidy up from! She helps me promote; & stays with me until I’m ready for home. She’s just amazing & I never feel alone with her support.

💖Julie…our latest events volunteer who already has made a huge difference by supporting Polly & guests by welcoming them in with her warm, friendly energy.

💖 Tom…second year of creating A SPECTACULAR illumination of St Mary’s! The most dedicated & passionate lighting man ever!!! I’m really praying that more opportunities will open for 2026 with this collaboration!

💖My other half & true love Dean…he’s in the music industry & has some spare speakers + cables that I can steal sometimes…I’m already on his case to teach me more skills for mixing desks & looping to take our sound journeys on another dreamy level again

💖THE PEOPLE OF NANTWICH….the most open & up for it people EVER! You are so brilliant & I’m so thankful to you all for coming! Thank you!
