You don’t struggle to switch off.
You just keep choosing things that don’t let you.
Another podcast.
Another walk where your mind is still busy.
Another early night (scrolling)…still holding it all.
You’re really good at coping.
Managing.
Keeping control.
But control is the one place your body
can’t fully relax inside of.
All of the above over time = burnout, crash, frayed connections etc etc
That’s why our restorative church evenings work.
No talking required from you. Nothing to explain.
No figuring it out.
No “trying to relax.”
You just lie down and take it in…
and your body finally gets to let go before you resurface.
And what’s left is a version of you
that feels lighter, clearer… more like your true natural state (calm and mentally/emotionally safe).
The next few events are nearly full if not already sold out.
So if you’ve been hovering over this chance-
this is where you stop over thinking and holding yourself back…
Instead you say yes to yourself and come and feel it for yourself.
Then notice how everything else begins to settle around you once you’re beautifully settled within.
