Last night in Wilmslow 🤍

Deeeeeeep rest. Peace ⛪️

Academic Affairs staff enjoyed a brilliant addition to their staff away day today 🫠

Always grateful to be hired by organisations where people carry a lot…and finally get to soften, settle…RELAXED SUCCESS 😌

I’ve just ran a sound bath meditation session for some stressed out Keele Uni staff (who had to peel themselves up off the floor after getting soooo relaxed yay!)…
in a lecture theatre where I have participated in many a staff meeting (for those that don’t know I was an employee of the University for over 10 years before going into the wellbeing business)…it was a bit of a surreal moment tbh.

I was there in such a different capacity to how I used to have to show up. And the words that kept running through my mind were ‘presence over performance’.

All I had to do today was show up and embody presence. Not performance. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry 😭

That lecture theatre brought back memories of my anxiety, shaking on the inside, terrified of when was my turn to speak in a meeting in case I went red or if people sussed me out (for not being enough).

Crazy moment, now I couldn’t be more me if tried, I’m free from the fear and anxiety…and rewarded with far better pay 🥳

Maybe I should be posting photos of the sound bath set up in the sustainability hub lecture theatre…but that would be ‘performing’ and not ‘presence’.

Instead I’m posting my presence right now…is there anything better than lying down next to a sleeping cat though 😭🥰

Thank you to Keele Uni for being such a huge part of who I am today. It was my training ground for my life purpose work. So grateful and will always be there for the staff who need me to help relax and release them 🧘🏻‍♀️

More staff wellbeing days yes YES?!

Anyway…I’ll pop the photos on later (after my first ever Ariel yoga class tonight eeek!)…for now I’m just loving the relaxed success vibe 🫠🧘🏻‍♀️✨

FOR THOSE WHO WANT NERVOUS SYSTEM QUIET THAT WEIGHTLESSLY LANDS ❤️‍🩹

Our intimate and exclusive Sound Spa ft our reiki infused floating sound bath - at The Stonehouse Hotel - is a much smaller, more personally held experience. Created for those who want to fully soften, surrender, and allow the nervous system to settle under more closeness and personal connection with me, Holly.
Perfect if you like to be away from a crowd.

This is a deep healing space for complete floatation.
It’s not stimulating.
And it’s intentionally held for only 10 people.

The experience includes a deeply restorative floating sound journey, beautifully Reiki-infused, with access to the hot tub and sauna, plus a nourishing collagen drink, wellbeing support + grounding meditation (on solid ground) to support integration afterwards.

Wednesday night was a beautiful reminder of why this work matters.

A room full of givers…never broken, just tired from carrying mental load and emotional weight for everyone else.
This is the space where the nervous system finally softens, the mind clears, and presence returns 🫠

This is what Higher Frequency Live™ is about:
deep, therapeutic switch-off rest in spaces that feel safe, grounded, and so deeply held.

Zero contribution required. No pressure & nothing to do but lie down, listen, and let the body unwind from stress and overload.
