We’re delighted to welcome Heath Carter as our new Clinical Lead. 👏

Heath brings 30 years of nursing experience, having started his career as a Healthcare Assistant. His background includes roles in neurosurgery, neuro-medicine, surgical assessment, general wards, and ENT. He has also served as a West Midlands patch officer for the Royal College of Nursing, professional development, and contributing to NMC fitness to practise processes. Heath has worked as agency staff in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man - where he had a memorable front-row seat to the TT races!

For the past seven years, Heath has been based at St Quentin and shared, “I am both excited and passionate to continue to improve the daily lives of our residents and make a positive impact in their care.”

We look forward to Heath’s leadership and healthcare expertise at St Quentin. 🌟
