This Saturday at Castle Food & Drink Fest!

FREE festive snack station - build ya own tree, snowman or reindeer shaped treat😋

Less than a week to wait! Join us this Sat 13th Dec for a FREE fun, hands-on festive food activity workshop👇🏻

Real Food School will be running a Make-Your-Own Christmas Snack Station, where children (and adults!) can get creative crafting Christmas tree, Snowman and Reindeer-shaped treats. It’s a relaxed, sensory experience where you can explore ingredients through texture, smell, feel and of course… taste!😋

💚 Real Food School is passionate about bringing people together through simple, joyful cooking. They run educational workshops that champion real ingredients, balanced choices and no-fuss, healthy food that anyone can enjoy. Their mission is to show that cooking doesn’t have to be complicated to be nourishing, fun and full of flavour.

For an extra cosy touch (and to warm those frosty fingers🥶) they’ll also be serving cups of hot ceremonial-grade cacao for a small cost! Think hot chocolate, but richer in natural goodness and full of Christmas magic.🎅

Newcastle, you shone beautifully tonight for the Lantern Parade🕯️ ✨

Feasts of Welcome is all about coming together, sharing light, stories and community - tonight we did just that 💛

People of all ages and walks of life gathered side by side, lanterns in hand, filling our streets with light and smiling faces 🫶

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at B-Arts and Castle Creatives for bringing this magical event to our town once again, to everyone who joined us along the route and Piccoloco for helping us quite literally feast together.
