🧤 We also teamed up with TS Domestics and over 100 Newcastle College students for our biggest litter pick yet - amazing effort all round 💚and a well-needed pizza to refuel afterwards, big thanks to Fireaway Pizza.

3 week countdown! Come along and support local musicians and venues🫶🏻

Thousands of visitors are expected to head to Newcastle-under-Lyme later this month as Lymelight Festival returns for a weekend of free live music, culture and town centre entertainment.

The free festival, now in its 13th year, will take place across the late May bank holiday weekend on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 May, with more than 40 artists performing across three outdoor stages in the town centre.

Organised by Newcastle-under-Lyme BID, the festival will feature stages at the Guildhall, Ironmarket and the 6 Towns Radio Acoustic Stage outside Keele in Town, alongside a wider programme of events in venues and spaces across Newcastle.

If something doesn’t feel right, whether it’s antisocial behaviour, suspicious activity or something that’s made you uncomfortable, don’t ignore it or assume someone else has reported it.

Staffordshire Police and Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council rely on information from people on the ground to take action. If it’s not reported, it can’t be dealt with. Even small bits of information can help build a bigger picture.

Cinema on the Stones is coming back to Castle this summer 🎬☀️

We’re teaming up with Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, our pals at Castle Artisan Market and Independent Street to bring outdoor movie days back to Newcastle-under-Lyme!

We’ll be making the most of the big screen down in the event space at the bottom of the High Street, bringing family friendly films to town alongside Castle Artisan Market and Castle Food & Drink Fest 🍿✨

Say Hi to Katie! Our Ambassador who enjoyed a night out at The New Vic Theatre with her daughter to see Good Golly Miss Molly this month.

"A powerful and moving story about community spirit, social issues and united front group dynamics. Ultimately, the play is portrayed in a workingman's club setting for the most part. The whole cast was multi-skilled in acting, playing instruments, dancing, singing and completely enchanted the audience. Capturing them from start to finish. "
