Newcastle-under-Lyme is now an open-air gallery! 🎨✨

Over 150 incredible flag designs were submitted by locals of all ages and are flying high across the town centre 🎏

From the Guildhall and Queen’s Gardens to chippies, dogs and favourite shops, the flags celebrate what makes Castle special through the eyes of its people 💛

‘Yer going down ‘Castle, duck?’ 🦆

Our latest has been installed by the talented Tom Edwards at on Corporation Street by Castle Car Park and it’s bloomin lovely! 🌺

The featured line “if you’re coming to town, Castle is never up, always down” is taken from a poem commissioned by the BID from Stoke Poet Laureate and local legend 🖋️

This latest ArtBox installation joins utility boxes around the town that have been taken over by local artists 🎨
