🌺 Calling All Crafters – Help Us Reach 1,200 Poppies! 🌺

We’re well on our way to creating a beautiful poppy drape to display on the H Goodwin sign on the A34 – but we still need your help!

🧶 So far we’ve made 285 poppies, with another 107 ready for collection – amazing progress! But with just over a month to go, we’re reaching out to our wonderful community to help us hit our target of 1,200.

If you or someone you know can knit, crochet, or sew, please get involved. Every poppy counts, and your support would mean the world. ❤️

🧶✨ Calling all crafty legends – knitters, crocheters, and sewing wizards! ✨🧶
We’re on a mission to create a HUGE poppy display at Goodwins 🌺 and we need your skills (and maybe those of your crafty friends too!).

If you’re part of a sewing, knitting, or crochet group – or know someone who is – please spread the word! The more hands, the merrier (and the bigger the bloom!).

We’ll also be popping posters in our branches – feel free to take one to your local craft club, community centre, or anywhere creative people gather. Let’s stitch our community spirit together and make something truly blooming marvellous! ❤️

Christmas can be especially difficult when you’ve been through a bereavement. It’s a time of year where families and friends come together, which can make us miss the people who have died even more.

This year we are holding our free memorial service at a local award winning events space , The Old Chapel in Etruria. It takes place on Sunday 8th December 15:30 - 16:15 plus we will have small refreshments after the service for anyone that wishes to stay.
