Chartered Physiotherapist (HCPC, MCSP) who uses a multi-modal approach which could include Deep Tissue Massage, Mobilization, Acupuncture (AACP), Acupressure, ultrasound, Education, Exercise Stretching. Qualified in Sports Massage Therapy, Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy Massage. Other holistic therapies include Indian Head Massage, Thermal Auricular Therapy and Cupping. Exercise Instructor with experience in providing exercise programs using resistance and free-weight exercise, circuits, Pilates (APPI) and falls prevention classes and Providing Nutritional Advice. (CIMSPA)

Provides Physiotherapy support to Team GB Freestyle Kayak team.
