We’ve been working with some first time mums recently and have been discussing the first few weeks of pregnancy! It’s crazy how you may look exactly the same but all that HCG in your body is changing many of your organs. although we’ve supported quite a few mums and birthers who had no symptoms at all! ❤️

Let’s be real here! Hypnobirthing is amazing (I’m biased) but really. People use hypnobirthing for ALL births (Caesarean, vaginal, assisted, home, water, car and more). They also use hypnobirthing skills in their daily lives!! Like breathing and mediation skills. 🌟 don’t let the name fool you, hypnobirthing is for all, in all scenarios. 🎉

HORMONES 🌟• They make the world go round, or stop sometimes 😂•
🌟: Birth hormones are chemical “messengers” that your body creates. Your baby makes birth hormones, too. These hormones work together to guide important changes in your bodies — changes that help make labor and birth go smoothly and safely for both of you. ❤️
WHAT ARE THE HORMONES? 🧐•

🎉oxytocin (the love hormone)
🎉beta-endorphins (the hormones of pleasure and transcendence)
🎉epinephrine and norepinephrine (the hormones of excitement)
🎉prolactin (the mothering hormone).•
