If it's all a bit hectic now that the school holidays are over try scheduling some rest time just for you.
Yoga's not the only option, but it"s a good one 🩶 Our classes in Dinnington Memorial Institute are small & friendly with all equipment provided, & we focus on the slow side.
We have slow & sleepy yoga for relaxation on Mondays at 7pm & Thursdays at 7:30pm. Gentle movement, longer restorative holds, blankets & bolsters.....all about the restful movement.
Sunday 21st we have our slow & stretchy intermediate yin 1.5hr class at 6pm. Passive, supported stretches held for around 5 minutes each. Yin is a wonderfully satisfying form of yoga, and intermediate is just about having fewer cues & less conversation, making for a quieter, more meditative practice.
For something slightly stronger slow & steady hatha is Thursdays 6:30pm & Fridays 10am.
