I love a good loaded bowl. These Mediterranean chicken bowls are made on repeat in our house. They’re satisfying, healthy and easy to whip. Also, you can meal prep these for an easy lunch. A lot of these ingredients you can buy at Trader Joe’s. Their tzatziki and hummus are great! I also love their marinated crumbled feta for these bowls

Meat and 5 veg way forward
You cna have a few snacks during the day just have some healthy snacks like some fruit or a low fat fiber bar
But a only have me main meal but a will be adding some fruit for lunch and a snack bar for breakfast but look forward to your main meal tho
Am just here to make you think diffrent ly you will make the choice to change and go yeah a would like to eat that your not actually going to. Be hungry tho understand that you will. Enjoy it
And loss weight while doing it
