Grief and Wellbeing In person services are provided from Urban Angel Therapy Centre, Jesmond/Gosforth. Online 1:1 and group Meditation are also available online.

Grief Educator, Complementary therapist, and meditation instructor helping you to improve your wellbeing, feel calm, and move through stress, grief, and challenges, with more ease. Based in North East England, Sylvie offers; Meditation, Breathwork, Advanced massage, Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Stone therapy, Myofascial Release Massage, and Ayurvedic Massage. Sylvie also offers an online or in-person Grief wellbeing service for bereaved adults, specialising in; Grief wellbeing & Meditation classes, Grief Movement, 1:1 Grief Wellbeing Support, and Therapies.
