Nothing fuels my passion for teaching more than a day of learning and movement, ✨

My legs are very sore now (Pilates instructors still have to do the work too! 😅) but I’m feeling so inspired and excited to bring new ideas, techniques and energy into my Pilates with Robyn classes.

Days like this remind me why I love what I do. There’s nothing better than learning, growing and continuing to improve so I can give my clients the best experience possible. 💫

Yesterday we celebrated Random Acts of Kindness Day 💛

What a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do. Our Pilates community showed up, shared, connected and filled the studio with such positive energy. The classes were incredible, but what meant the most was hearing what Pilates truly means to each of you.

For some, it’s strength.
For others, it’s healing.
For many, it’s “me time.”
Every reason is different — and I loved hearing them all.
