I am interested in showing my clients how yoga can be a key element overcoming chronic pain and mental health issues, such as anxiety, stress, addiction and depression. You don't have to be super fit or flexible to join my classes. The aim is that you leave with a sense of achievement and peace of mind. You will become gradually more flexible, in mind and body, and learn techniques to help to control your mind and tolerate emotions. Your 'interoceptive abilities' that is, your awareness of the sensations inside your body, will deepen, and with this you will become more present and intuitive in your daily life. I share all of this from personal experience over eight years of practice."
