By February, many people feel noticeably more tired - and it isn’t just in your head 🌥️

In the UK, winter daylight hours are significantly reduced. Lower light exposure affects melatonin and serotonin regulation, which influence sleep, mood and energy levels. Vitamin D levels also tend to be at their lowest towards the end of winter. This years rain and cloud cover have been particularly brutal!

Add in post-Christmas stress, disrupted routines and winter illness 🤧 and the nervous system can remain in a low-level stress response for longer than we realise.

When that happens, people often feel tired but wired - exhausted but unable to properly switch off ⚡

Treatments such as massage, reflexology and Reiki help shift the body from sympathetic (“fight or flight”) activation into parasympathetic (“rest and repair”) mode 🌿 supporting deeper rest and recovery.

✨ Important Update: Treatment Prices from End of October ✨

From Friday 31st October, treatment prices at Wonderland Wellbeing will be updated.

This is the first price increase since 2021, and it’s a small adjustment to help cover rising costs while allowing me to continue offering the high-quality, relaxing, restorative treatments you love.

What this means for you:
💙Any treatments booked before Friday 31st October will remain at the current prices even if the date of the treatment is after the price increase.
💙Existing vouchers will be honoured at the price they were purchased for with no additional fees.

The new prices will be:
30 minutes: £30
45 minutes: £45
60 minutes: £50
90 minutes: £70
2 hours: £90
