🎉 We won!!

We're so proud to have won the ‘Excellence in Clinical Innovation’ award at the Health Service Journal Independent Healthcare Providers Awards - in recognition of our outstanding dedication to support of the NHS and improvement in healthcare services.

Dr Andrew Cuff, our Director of Clinical Strategy said: “This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of so many of our colleagues across clinical delivery and various support functions including IM&T, People and PCC. It truly was a team effort! Congratulations to everyone involved – winning this prestigious national award is an achievement we can all be immensely proud of.”

🎉We're still 'excellent' at looking after our staff's wellbeing!

We're proud to have achieved the ‘Continuing Excellence,’ Better Health at Work Award for the fourth year in a row – a testament to our commitment to improved health and wellbeing in the workplace, as well as the hard work of our Health Advocates.

The ‘Continuing Excellence’ award is the highest available – and is given to organisations that meet a range of criteria including actively raising awareness of health issues, providing access to wellbeing activities and promoting healthier practices at work.

Some of the initiatives that helped us secure the award were:

✅Healthy Habits – this included Health checks from Nuffield Health and healthy eating advice including ‘fake-away’ options.
✅Men’s Health Week – during the Euros they did a ‘check your balls’ campaign and tips around mental health, staying active, and health checks.
✅Alcohol awareness campaign
✅Online support group called Menopause Matters
