😊 We have a feedback form available in the surgery waiting room, or you can request a feedback form via our friendly reception team.

We value and take patient feedback very seriously, and we are committed to both seeking and acting on feedback received.
Each month, the practice collects responses from the friends and family test results and from feedback forms provided in the surgery and after appointments. The results are collated each month, and you can view the latest results below as well as download reports from previous months.
