A peak behind the scenes ❤️

It's normal to feel nervous and apprehensive about attending your first baby massage class.

But honestly, you can expect a warm & welcoming space from the moment you walk through the door 🫶🏻

My nurturing classes are entirely baby-led, so if your little one is crying, needs a nappy change, a feed, or a cuddle during our sessions, please don't worry.

🌿 Knowledge on how to use a variety of simple yet effective baby massage techniques, designed to ease symptoms such as colic, wind, constipation and teething

🌿 An intimate baby class experience with no more than 8 mums in attendance, keeping sessions relaxed and friendly

Today our babies had a relaxing chest & hand massage, followed by a soothing leg and tummy routine.

We ended up calming sensory play for the little ones, whilst mammies all had a hot brew + a good chat 🥰
