Journaling has so many amazing benefits so its a great tool to add to our wellbeing toolkit and It has been known to greatly improve our mental wellbeing and improve stress and anxiety.

Some people say "well I use a diary", that's not the same as a diary is used to record events and appointments, a journal is a way for us to express and process our thoughts and emotions.

Chinese White Tea

In the UK we drink so many cups of tea but how many of us have tried Chinese Tea, especially the White Tea?

This drink has so many properties to help us in different ways.
It is known to help and assist us with detoxification of the liver and alleviate tiredness, among many other things.

Visualisation is a powerful thing to do.
We all "imagine" ourselves doing a certain thing, being at a certain place. The only difference with visualisation is that we put a bit more effort into it!

That interview, see yourself (imagine) answering all of the questions confidently, see yourself receiving that job offer and walking in on your first day. run through the whole process, what are you wearing? how do you feel?

When you are doing your visualisation, keep your Citrine with you, either in your pocket or hold it in your hand to give you support 🌹
