Please read all information throughly before booking - failure to do so may result in us not being able to carry out your treatment(s)

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, you can reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 72 hours notice. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE TREAT,

• Anyone under the age of 18

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women

• Anyone with a transmittable blood infection

• Anyone undergoing or recently undergone chemotherapy or radiotherapy

• Anyone with an active coldsore

BEFORE TREATMENT

All makeup will need to be removed prior to treatment so please come “fresh-faced” where possible. Alcohol, Aspirin, Ibuprofen and a range of dietary supplements including : St Johns Wort, fish-oils, Gingko Biloba, Vitamins C & E can all increase bruising and are best avoided 48-72 hours prior to treatment. Treatment can not be administered if there is an active skin infection, including acne or cold sores or if you are unwell, including coughs, colds, sore throats etc. BE ON TIME

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we won’t be able to go ahead with your treatment and you will lose your deposit. IMAGES & VIDEOS

Your consultation form states that you agree to photographs and videos being taken for social media and marketing purposes. If for any reason you can’t agree to this - for example (at risk of domestic violence) please mention this to Samantha during consultation. Disclaimer*

The durability for Dermal Fillers should be used as a guideline only. There is no guarantee that filler will last for the durations stated on packaging or when advertised by company owners. This is impossible for us to determine as each person will metabolise filler differently and results will differ from person to person. Asymmetry is a normal part of the healing process and is to be expected, there may be some uneven areas of the face, due to some areas taking better to Dermal Fillers than others. It is always possible to have a poor response to Dermal Fillers, unfortunately this is out of our control. REFUNDS are not given
Our fillers are charged per syringe - any follow up treatments will be charged at the regular rate. Samantha
