Good morning beautiful breathing tribe ✨

I've rescheduled this morning's online breathwork to next Saturday as i'm just coming out the other side of a nasty virus and my body needs a little bit more time to rest and recover.

The session next week will be in devotion to overcoming self judgement and reframing old beliefs to step deeper into self love and alignment. I think we all need a little bit of this medicine.

Hope you can join us. It's a free session offered in full blown love and service to all who feel called.

Top supporter, website designer, creator, photographer, flyer distributor, promoter, tidier upper, grounder.

The one who drives me to every retreat and ceremony, breathes with me, sings with me, prepares the room with me, and known to have created past alters with me. 🌀

The one who tastes my potions,
and sidesteps my wands, sage, tinctures and feathers 🤭

My right-hand dreamer and dancer,
explorer and believer.
My chief stone seeker,
forager, earth keeper,
and lover.

One of the highlights of this year has been offering my Breathe for Recovery programme and workshops at Road To Recovery Trust George Street Social.

I love the sense of community there. From the moment you walk in there is a friendly and supportive smile and it's just a lovely space to relax. It's also a space that offers powerful resources for anyone in recovery, or gently exploring that path.

Thank you to everyone I’ve had the honour of holding space for this year, and to every person who shared a breath with me. I’m so grateful for your openness, curiosity, and willingness to meet yourself through breath, and I hope these tools continue to ripple wide into your lives.

Here's a little gem of what I love to share in our workshops.
One of my all-time favourite tiny breath rituals for supporting overwhelm and navigating triggers is this:

When I notice I’ve been triggered…
I pause.
I take one conscious breath.
And I gently remind myself:

I am the steward of my life.
(Let this affirmation be a celebration and intertwined with a little playful gesture such as fist pump 😉)

On Monday, I had the deep honour of holding a closing ceremony for Sam, celebrating the completion of her Breathwork training.

Sam’s ceremony marked a deeper initiation into her soul’s path as a Breathwork facilitator that welcomed her further into her magic; held and lifted by the sage grandmothers of the breath.

Her journey was a deep dive remembrance that the breath can open us to the most profound experiences when we fully surrender into trust, allowing the breath to become our guide.

Sam is genuine, humble, nurturing, and warm. Completely devoted to the women in her community she supports.

It feels as though she is rebirthing an ancient breath medicine that she once embodied in another lifetime.

Unique.
Powerful.
Sage.

Truely magical.

We closed in tears of joy, in awe of our journey together and in deep gratitude for the power and spirit of breathwork.

2 spaces left for our beautiful retreat in February.

A sacred space to honour the seasonal turning of Imbolc.

Through grounding, ceremonial cacao, journaling, movement, conscious connected breathwork, & a divine sound bath, we will gently bring aliveness to our winter intentions.

We will close our day in community with a sharing circle & nourishing food and herbal teas.
