We were back at the Fisherman’s Mission today, providing Healthy Heart Checks to the local fishing community!

Despite the wind and rain, it was a successful day, supported by local GPs who were on hand to offer follow-up advice.

Each Healthy Heart Check includes a blood pressure check, cholesterol test using the PocDoc lipid test, BMI measurement, and healthy lifestyle advice.

We’re proud to be reaching people who might not usually engage with traditional healthcare, bringing vital health services directly into the community.
