So this beautiful little lady Niamh was at one of my birthday pamper party’s last November & she was lucky enough to receive a pamper hamper from Santa~ fast forward & she is soon to be 12 & the perfect age to learn more about & take care of her skin going forward.

I’m a day off work today so starting with a little pamper to myself 💚 Comfort Food Mask is perfect to hydrate & nourish my skin in the winter weather 👌🏻🌿

The cold weather often plays havoc on our skin. Here’s how you can give your skin a helping hand…

❄️ TOP TIPS ❄️

💧 Drink plenty of water - this will help to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out

🚿 Avoid hot showers - I know it’s tempting!! But sticking to lukewarm water will avoid further drying out your skin

🧴 Use a body lotion - applying a thick layer of body love will help lock hydration into your skin.

🤚 Use a hand cream - I find calm balm to be absolutely essential at this time of year, it locks in moisture and contains soothing camomile and Tamanu.

🧥 Dress in layers - layers will help to trap heat close to your body, preventing your skin from drying out.

😴 Switch cotton pillow cases for satin ones - they will absorbs less moisture from your face as you sleep. Also a winner for curly hair!

🥒 Use a hydrating face mask more often to soothe and hydrate your skin, comfort food is perfect for this job.

💦 Use a humidifier - this will help add moisture to the air to hydrate your skin.

🍃 Moisturise with skin re-leaf - this blend of natures best soothing ingredients combats redness and rosacea triggered by cold weather

☀️ Use a sun screen - even in the cold weather, protecting your skin from the suns harmful rays is vital!

💋Use a lip balm. Lips often get super dry at this time of year. Lather up with your favourite balm. Bonus Tip - if you have a pot of eye dream, pop some on your lips before bed! If you were lucky enough to grap an enhanced lip collection cracker using the lip silk as an evening lip mask will also help.
