Chase Park is a specialist neurological care home in Newcastle / Gateshead. We provide rehabilitation services to people with neurological and long-term nursing conditions. Our purpose is to promote service users' well-being and to work with them ensuring their best interests are respected while assisting adults that require long-term nursing needs as well as those moving back into independent living after a period of rehabilitation. Chase Park supports adults of all ages, abilities and disabilities. We aim to promote the independence, inclusion and well-being of people with support needs. We do this by working with individuals, their families, and partner agencies to deliver innovative, high quality services that meet the individual’s needs and aspirations in a person-centred way. Chase Park Neuro Centre is a 60 bedded centre based over 2 buildings surrounded by accessible gardens and is next to Chase Park and Whickham Town Centre. The grounds and park provide a tranquil setting for care, therapy and rehabilitation. Chase Park Neuro Centre has an on-site Health Club with facilities that have been specifically designed to be fully accessible for people of all ages and abilities.

Please note that BT are carrying out work outside the main entrance of Chase Park, beginning the week commencing 19/01/2026 👷📅

During this time, no vehicles will be allowed access into Chase Park with the exception of deliveries, ambulances and patient transport 🚑🚘

We're incredibly grateful to Amanda Lonie and her group of friends, who are taking on the challenge of climbing Scafell Pike, England's highest peak, to raise funds for Chase Park's Client Activity Fund!

The Client Activity Fund enriches our residents' lives by providing opportunities for meaningful activities, outings, and experiences.
