Take a look at our Quiet Corner, located down the main corridor (second turn on the left). This calm and comfortable space is available if you’d like a quiet place to breastfeed your baby or wait for your appointment away from the main waiting area.
A big thank you to our HCA, Carol, for bringing this thoughtful idea to life for the benefit of our patients.

This data shows just how busy we are and the wide range of work we are carrying out each day. Alongside seeing patients face to face and carrying out home visits, our staff are also handling hundreds of phone calls, reviewing test results, processing prescriptions, and managing incoming documents. The number of triage requests and incoming telephone calls reflect how many patients are reaching out for help and advice every day.

All of this work happens behind the scenes as well as in consultations, and it highlights the growing demand on GP services.

Our amazing team continue to work hard to provide safe, timely care while managing an increasing workload.
